Behind the Lens

I’ve always believed a photograph is only as good as the trust behind it. Before I ever raise my camera, I want you to feel comfortable, seen and completely yourself — because that’s when the real moments happen: the quiet laugh, the glance between two people who love each other, the breath before “I do.”

My approach is unhurried and personal. I pay attention to light, to detail, to the small things that make your story yours. I’m not just documenting an event — I’m creating images you’ll still be moved by in twenty years.

Why I Photograph People

Every person who steps in front of my camera carries a story — a relationship, a milestone, a version of themselves they want to remember. My job is to notice that story and photograph it honestly. No forced poses, no performing for the camera. Just enough gentle direction to help you relax into who you really are.

Technically, that means I pay close attention to natural light, genuine expression and the in-between moments most people miss. Personally, it means I show up early, I listen first, and I treat your trust in me as the most important part of the job.
